At the GAL Hassin Planetarium, Isnello, the activity focuses on the Earth’s satellite, the Moon.

A two-and-a-half-hour activity will cover various topics: from Galileo Galilei's first observations with a telescope, the first highly accurate lunar maps, the Apollo missions that took the first American astronauts to the Moon, and some interesting facts about the satellites that made interesting discoveries on the lunar surface. Finally, a Moon observation session using the instruments on the Observation Terrace, weather permitting.
