High in the Madonie mountains, at an altitude of 1,600 metres above sea level, one of Sicily's most breathtaking natural amphitheatres becomes the setting for an extraordinary afternoon of live music.

La Sinfonia delle Madonie — "Concerti per la Comunità" — is an original project by Insulae Lab, Centro di Produzione Musica, bringing together some of Italy's most celebrated musicians for a journey between tradition and contemporary composition. Music for voice, wind and strings, performed under the open Sicilian sky with the panoramic vastness of the Madonie mountains as a backdrop.

The event is organised by the Associazione Pro Piano Battaglia e Madonie, dedicated to promoting the natural, cultural and human heritage of this extraordinary mountain territory.
