Ypsigrock 2026 will take place from August 6-9, 2026, in Castelbuono, Sicily. The 29th edition of the festival will be held in the heart of the town and is known as the "boutique festival" of the Italian summer.

Established in 1997, Ypsigrock Festival has earned a reputation as not only being Italy’s leading indie festival and the first boutique festival in Italy, but also one of the most exciting European small festivals. 

In 2019 Ypsigrock was nominated for the Best Small European Festival award - for the eighth year in a row - at the European Festival Awards, the most influential European festival award ceremony, held at Eurosonic, Groningen.

Ypsigrock is the only festival from Italy that’s ever been shortlisted at the EFA (2016, 2018, 2024).
